3. Organizational leadership
Our district has established a leading group for the construction of centralized charging facilities for electric bicycles (hereinafter referred to as the leading group) with the deputy head of Shahaijiang. The member units are the district government office, district fire prevention office, district housing urban and rural construction committee, district urban management committee, district Finance Bureau, Municipal Planning and Natural Resources Commission Haidian Branch, District Justice Bureau, District Market Supervision Bureau, District Landscaping Bureau, District Housing Management Bureau, Haidian Fire Rescue Detachment, Haidian Power Supply Company and various towns. 4. Construction method
