   The "Plan" stipulates that in 2020, 10,343 sets of centralized charging facilities for electric bicycles will be built in the district, and the existing charging facilities have been completed, striving to achieve full coverage of centralized charging facilities in all residential communities in the district, basically satisfying the daily use of electric bicycles for residents in the district demand.

    The "Plan" clearly incorporates the construction of electric bicycle centralized charging facilities into people's livelihood practical projects, and subsidizes installation service companies through government subsidies for electricity prices. The District Fire Prevention Office and District Fire Rescue Detachment are responsible for organizing field investigations, research and demonstrations, formulating plans, organizing and implementing, supervising and dispatching the construction of electric bicycle centralized charging facilities.

  The "Plan" clarifies that the charging standards for user charging fees are charged according to the basic electricity price for residential electricity approved by the power department. At the same time, for the original electric bicycle charging facilities, refer to the subsidy method of this program for appropriate subsidies.
