As one of the important energy sources of clean energy, wind power has developed rapidly in the world. Wind power is an expensive clean energy device. There are many hidden parts in the wind power. If the fire is not controlled, a major fire will occur, which will easily ignite the surrounding environment and cause a secondary fire.

Solution architecture

At present, there is no fire alarm control system specially developed for wind power at home and abroad, all of which use domestic and commercial-grade fire detection and control systems. Generally, this type of fire control system basically uses the POWER two-bus communication developed on the basis of 485 communication. It is easy to interfere with the communication in thunderstorm weather, causing the disorder of the fire protection system and the false start of the fire extinguishing device. In view of this situation, our company has specially developed a fire detection control system suitable for wind power. It uses a more promising CAN bus communication, and a master-slave system is used to control between the alarm host and the detection host. The detection system can detect smoke, temperature, and gas, and can simultaneously activate multiple fire extinguishing devices. It can be combined with sound and light alarms to form a complete fan fire protection system.

According to the firefighting environment of the engine room, a fan automatic firefighting system that combines "full submersion of the engine room + partial protection of the control cabinet" is adopted. A fire detection control system and an aerosol fire extinguishing device can be suspended and installed in the engine room, and a small aerosol fire extinguishing device can be installed inside the control cabinet. Once a fire is detected, the fire detection control system is activated

According to the fire-fighting environment of engine room, the fan automatic fire-fighting system combining "engine room full submergence + local protection of control cabinet" is adopted. The fire detection and control system and superfine dry powder fire extinguishing device can be hung and installed in the engine room, and the small aerosol fire extinguishing device can be installed inside the control cabinet. Once the fire in the engine room is detected, the fire detection and control system starts the superfine dry powder fire extinguishing device to cover and extinguish the fire, and links the sound and light alarm, deflation indicator, and upload the signal to the upper computer.
